Total scammers. Sold us a vehicle that they didn’t have a title for. They also promised to fix some of the things wrong, and never did. After working on the vehicle and repairing some of the things wrong with it, they told us they still couldn’t produce a title. Had to give vehicle back and took a loss on the repairs. No communication and very deceptive. Local auto repair shops advised us not to deal with them due to their shady practices.
The so called owner Alex is the worst salesman ive ever seen and he lies. Had an appointment to get a car looked at Alex told me he had dropped it off the night before. He never dropped it off and he never called me back and when he did he said his "assistant " accidentally dropped it off at firestone. Then I got ahold of her and she says she's the boss and said she never dropped it off anywhere. The day after that alex contacts me and tells me it needs a new belt. So they fix that then I ask him for a car fax and go figure ... read more
Buyer beware... they are what you where warned about... used car saleman.. once they have your money your no longer their problem.. even if they add things to contract that they state they will fix they don't. I am having to file a claim against them in small claims
Where to begin on these guys....I suppose if you are an experienced car buyer they might be ok, but BEWARE if you go to them to buy your very first car. They sold a friend a car with multiple problems, which culminated in the car being absolutely not driveable within about 2 weeks. They advertised new rear brakes and the left rear is so bad it locked up the rear wheel/tire resulting in the need to find a tow on a weekend. A more experienced driver probably would have noticed all the rust...but not a first timer with no ex... read more
Alex is the man to see if you’re looking for a new car! Awesome customer service, highly recommend!
Alex was truly the worst person to deal with. His ignorance is really off-putting- not to mention i don’t want to be the next one he bashes on Facebook. Completely unprofessional
