Ray and Trevor know their business. I brought in a front/rear camera with a kit to monitor the vehicle even while it’s shut off, for them to install. It wasn’t their product, but the went over and above to ensure that first, I understood that my battery was an issue (which I will replace tomorrow) and second that I understood how to operate the camera. All businesses would benefit by emulating their superior customer service. Thanks again!! Great experience !

I recently had a remote starter installed at Adrenalin Audio for my GR86 manual. The staff were friendly and responsive, and I appreciated their efforts to troubleshoot. However, despite multiple visits, my car still wouldn’t enter reservation or ready mode reliably. I had to take my car to another shop, where they were able to fix the issue.
