Tony came out very quickly to look at our renovation, was very nice, friendly and seemed knowledgeable, took pics and measurements, tole me he would send estimate, never heard back from him, called few times, left messages, no response, a little courtesy can go a long way, whether he wanted to do the job or not, cannot comment on his work and seems he doesn't respect customers.
Called to ask if he could arrive early which was Fine. Did a Perfect job, being mindful of flooring and walls. Installation was quick and proficient.
Lowe's recommended this company for our countertop and installation of our appliances. Tony came out & left samples and measured for where the appliances were to go. He was very accommodating at first. But then communication completely stopped. Lowe's contacted Tony on our behalf and messages went unanswered. Phone calls were not returned and texts went unanswered. I had called initially and texted, no response. My husband had better luck with communication until it ceased entirely. I bought 50-gallon AO Smith hot water heater on a Friday morning from Lowe’s. Later “that day” I received a call from ADR Contracting asking when they could do the delivery and install! The following Monday worked for both of us. Joe and Dariae called about 15 minutes prior to arriving, as was promised by the ADR office and they did a great job with the removal of the old unit and install of the new one. Joe & Dariae at ADR make a great team! These 2 (plumbers as far as I know, they do much more) came to bid a job, today was the day that we were able to finally get the special ordered sink in, the delay was our fault, and the supplier, measurements all not accurate. Joe & Dariae rolled up their sleeves and literally did what another contractor ( Who was also in the house at the same time) said cannot be done to not attempt it, we will waste our time.
