Dealing with the office is a nightmare - I never even had my appliances fixed because I couldn't get past the rude, unhelpful and unprofessional office staff. I called Lowe's and said to schedule my warranty repair with another company. GE appliance is coming out instead.

Dealing with the office is a nightmare - I never even had my appliances fixed because I couldn't get past the rude, unhelpful and unprofessional office staff. I called Lowe's and said to schedule my warranty repair with another company. GE appliance is coming out instead. If the office is this bad, what does it say about the rest of the company?

The best customer service I have ever received. The technician Mike came to my house three times. Once to asses the problem. It turns out our ventilation system in a house we just bought had never been cleaned and blew out our heating element. Unfortunately that didn’t fix the problem so he thought it might be the control panel. Mike was professional, courteous, explained everything he was doing and at all times wore his mask properly while in my home.
