Tried calling 4 times. They will pick up the phone and hang up, or pick up and put you on permanent hold without so much as a “Hello”. I suppose they don’t like business and just want to go under. I’m sorry to see that, as they were recommended by my engine’s manufacturer.
Came out same day, very friendly and stayed till he found the problem and fixed it. First time I’ve owned a generator so he also, taught me about it.
I'm not saying this because I own the place, quality service at a fair price. Well maybe.
