They left our home without installing the vents to the new HBAC. Now they are ghosting us, promising to show on weekends but will never come as agreed.
Parth and his team were very professional. They came right on time. They installed the humidifier and made sure everything is working fine. Parth also fixed the issue we had with our Thermostat fan. They also checked our HVAC, filters and Thermostat and provided suggestions on how to maintain healthy home air system. I had an issue with my hvac yesterday. My house was cold at 4 degrees as heat went off. I got a technician from reliance to look at it since I had a monthly plan with them. A technician from reliance told that there is some issue with the motor and that he needs to order that and later mentioned the part would arrive in couple days and even then the issue won't be fixed since there was dust and debris from construction.
