Originally I had Dave out to quote for new damp proofing in the house. He was so helpful and knowledgeable that I hired him to project manage all the renovations. He gathered a superb team including plasterer, stone mason, electrician, joiner wooden floor and carpet fitter and decorator. All aspects of the work were of an exceptionally high standard. Very professional and efficient service.
David fitted us a positive input ventilation unit in the loft. Competitive priced, took a few hours and he tidied up afterwards, great job. No condensation on windows and doors after a week. No more cleaning black mould off the walls every few months. It has improved the air quality and helps with asthma and hay fever. Thanks Dave.
