Great experience with the team at ADP! We had an issue with our power inlet in the middle of our road trip. We called the team at 8:15am, dropped the van off at 9:30am and we're out of there at 10:15am with everything working perfectly. Massive appreciation to the team for their great work and for fitting us in with extreme short notice!
Had my van in for some warranty work. A seamless, efficient and helpful process
Dropped my van off for a service. They rang to say there was an issue with a wiring to the brakwaway. Cost $400 to fix the wire!! When i drove home the brakes were locking up and totally dangerouse to drive. I checked the brakeaway and found the battery was dead flat (was this the problem?) I replaced the battery. Took the van back and after 3 days they rang to say the van was ready with no explaination. When i asked what was wrong i was advised there was a shorted wire. We drove for nearly two hours for an appointment with ADP to see if they could fit an airconditioner to our van. We were told that because of how busy they are it might be a few weeks before they got back to us and they would contact the manufacturer for information about how best to do the job. I left it for three weeks before I emailed them asking if they were going to get back to us. Nothing. I don’t mind if someone doesn’t want the job or doesn’t have the time.
