I have had the worst experience with ADP recently. My rep is absolutely just a salesy college graduate (Torie Trompak). Her lack of understanding how small businesses work almost had my business checking account overdrafted. Her supervisor is even worse (Allisha Martinez). Never had a supervisor escalate the issue with her poor attitude. I would think they would de-escalate the issue. This is the first time I had such poor and shady experiences from a vendor. ADP payroll and 401K via ADP support is horrible and overpriced. Customer service worthless as well. Stay clear.
ADP is a horrible solution. Zero follow through. Just got hung up on. Does not do everything promised. Runs like 10 different companies that does not integrate. Missing super basic items like digital I9 verification. Save your money and run!
I got the job of my dreams and ADP is messing up my entire life and slowing down any progress I might make. I was homeless from 2020 - 2024. Still consider myself to be homeless until I own my own property. So, I devised a plan. The plan centered on getting a really decent job and I did. The company has gone through a name change, because its growing so fast. Their choice of services to use however is ADP.
