Worst company HR software. Their software itself is about to make me quit my job. They totally screwed up my benefits, delayed their activation. You can get messages from ADP, which comes as replies from your HR dept contacting them. ADP is the WORST place in America. No customer support, their logins don't work, and they refuse to help. They send you to your own HR who sends you back to them and no one ends up helping you. Worst company EVER!!!
I didn't have a pleasant experience with ADP. It's always complicated to call them and wait and wait and talk to different person many times. I would rather just talk to one person who take care of my account. When I have questions, they just tell me call this department or that department. just back and forth. The problems would never resolve. For me, i would not use ADP again.
