Someone isn't telling the truth. I wanted nail polish remover and because my car isn’t working, I walked (at age 86) all the way to a new discount store that a former worker of the .99 cent store sold to. I purchased a 4 Fl oz. for $1.99 plus tax. The bottle and all the bottles on the shelf only had 3/4ths a bottle of liquid. This isn’t fair.
