Adorn canceled on my daughter one week before her wedding. The contract had been in place for months. Luckily we were able to find another local service that did a great job for us, but it was a stressful last-minute experience.

Very unprofessional. They cancelled the night before the wedding on the bride and her family when they were scheduled to do makeup and hair months in advance. As an event coordinator, I have never experienced this level of lack of respect from a vendor. They provided zero help on finding an alternative solution which led us scrambling to find one ourselves. I would steer clear from ever working with them.

We had a wonderful experience with the stylists with Adorn. Mandy and Lourdes were fantastic and spent the time to make sure that everyone was happy with their look. We really appreciated their positive, fun energy. Thank you!

I was supposed to use this service for my wedding this past weekend. I put down a deposit and received automated messages from them, but was not able to contact anybody and they did not complete the services. I would not recommend this company.

Adorn was one of the few vendors who had availability left on my wedding day when I started reaching out to folks, and the booking process was pretty seamless. I booked hair and makeup services just for myself and my mom. The trial itself (just me as the bride) was also really nice because I got to meet and get familiar with the artist who would be working with me on my wedding day.
