I loved the location. I drove up from Portland. The building was lovely. I enjoyed the porch, plants, and the style of the decor. I enjoyed the old house with the piercing pics in the piercing room. I loved hearing where they came from. The ceiling light was cool! Everyone was knowledgeable and kind! I'm sorry to say I forgot their name, but the person who helped me select my earrings was patient and reassuring. They looked up pricing and info for me multiple times. I was recommended Adorn. I didn't have a piercer in mind and was booked with Xia for my septum and sisters daith. They were amazing! Xia took the time to make sure the piercing was even and perfectly placed, explain what they were doing, no surpises. Our appt was at 11:30 and we didn't leave the shop until 1:30. I scheduled an appointment to downsize my piercings after having them done in another Adorn location. I was greeted by the loveliest secretary who explained everything upfront and was extremely welcoming. My appointment was with Dae and they were absolutely wonderful, cleaned everything, and talked me through all the steps. Dae did an amazing job paying attention to the anatomy of my ear and opted for smaller “studs” although it meant doing extra work but knowing they were the right fit. Let me start off by saying the environment at this studio was absolutely amazing, staff were very warm and welcoming. I got my first ever tattoo with Nina, her online form was very easy to fill out, so as a newbie, it didn’t feel like a big ol barrier or hassle. She was very adept at giving explanations and recommendations about parts of the tattoo that should be changed for a better product.
