Editing my old, bad review: the store director did reach out and helped amend things. Louisville staff is still a little on the rude side though.
Adorn was everything I could have hoped for in a bridal shop—and more! I found the dress of my dreams here, and believe it or not, it was one of the very first ones I tried on. RUN AWAY AND AVOID AT ALL COST! This place only wants your money! They have cost me nothing but frustration, grief and money since the moment I said yes. And they have no intention of helping me fix THEIR mistakes.
Had the most wonderful time finding the dress of my dreams! The staff there was super nice and helpful. The decore was absolutely beautiful. We were given champagne and my whole experience was so much fun 10/10 will be recommending to my friends!!
