This clinic has been an absolute nightmare. I had a laser hair removal package with them which is the only reason I kept going back. Otherwise, I would have walked away after the very first session. Every visit was worse than the last. The staff clearly lack professionalism and basic care. One technician couldn’t even be bothered to wipe off the pencil marks from my back after the treatment. I chose this clinic due to its convenient location, but unfortunately, I regret not traveling further to see a more experienced practitioner. I booked a 30-minute electrolysis session, which was extremely painful. After the treatment, the area was significantly swollen and took about a week for the swelling to subside.
