I booked an appointment after buying a Groupon for a wax. I called to make an appointment and the owner was told me to book online. I booked for the following day. When I went to the listed location, there was no shop there. I tried to call the owner who I spoke to the previous day and she did not answer. I hope this is not a scam but it certainly feels like it. If not, this business is unprofessional! I will not book again and recommending others not to.
