They completely lied about the unlimited blowout price. They completely scammed me and told me there was a $99 unlimited blowout price per month. Later on after my third blowout they told me there was a $20 upcharge because of length. I would’nt have signed up if they knew and they wouldnt give me a refund

Run don't walk from this place. Alicia who answers the phone is very rude. They make appointments for the unlimited hair blow out then don't honor them. They say a trainee is not available and want to charge you more.

I’m so happy the hair gods led me to Sarah. I have really dark hair naturally and get blonde highlights. Sarah is so thorough and the health of my hair has improved dramatically since seeing her. I have paid a lot more in the past for “senior” stylists- but never has my hair color come out as even, healthy and exactly how I want. I stopped around the corner at the grove after my appointment and kept getting compliments from strangers and I even referred her to some of them. I've lived in this area for 20+ years, tried several salons and this is yet another let down. Based on their stellar reviews (the reason I decided to try them in the first place), I'm very surprised by my experience. I called as a new client to discuss my hair goals and was recommended an appointment with Sarah.
