I've lived in this area for 20+ years, tried several salons and this is yet another let down. Based on their stellar reviews (the reason I decided to try them in the first place), I'm very surprised by my experience. I called as a new client to discuss my hair goals and was recommended an appointment with Sarah. I booked a blow out and was quoted $45 on the phone. My sister and I both had blow out appointments. My sister paid $50 for her service. I was happy with Demaris as she was working on my hair. I asked her to put half up and leave half down. She started the job. Then the owner came over and proceeded to take over. She worked to put my hair up but it was much more elaborate than what I wanted. I simply wanted half of the hair pulled up and back. The service charge was $130!!!!!
