Our return trip! I waited and looked around the shop looked clean and the staff friendly-professional. The whole process was a good feeling from arrival to after payment; my daughters were happy too. Impressive!
We have tried 4 times now. They are always an hour late for our appointments, and never take us both at the same time for pedicures even though we make sure they understand we want 2 at the same. Once they actually take you their work is good and their chairs are good but you’ll be there for hours, it’s not worth it at all!
Went in for a pedicure, the guy was so irritated for whatever reason. I paid for the organic pedicure. Put the hot towel on me for 1 minute and then ‘massaged ‘ my legs with oil for less then that. Then took the towel under my feet aggressively and had my feet left on the chair where I'm sure SO many others kept their feet/shoes. I had two friends with me so they witnessed all this. Staff did a great job with us yesterday. I was a walk-in customer with 2 friends and we all wanted pedicures. It was Sunday and they were very busy, but they asked us to come back a couple hours later, closer to 4pm. We took the extra time to get something to eat and they helped us when we came back. They did a great job and we were the last customers of the day. Thanks for fitting us in at the last minute!
