Had a 10:45 appt this morning. They bumped it to 11:00 only to tell me when I arrived that the manicurist was not going to be able to make it to work and the other staff were all booked. Needless to say, no more Adore for me. No way to treat customers.
Peter did a great job on my nails today. It was my first time at this salon but I will definitely be back. You can tell everyone there really cares about quality and cleanliness. Highly recommend Edit: Just got my nails done a second time. Once again Peter did a great job. He took his time, and when he was removing my old gel he was very careful with my natural nails. This was the best! I haven't had a good spa day, and this delivered, like I'm not joking when I say that they gave me everything I could've wanted! I do recommend greatly!
I have been to many nails' salon over the years. This place is very clean, professional, on time and very skillful technicians. They know how to pamper their clients. Love the place.
Made an appt for 5, 4 adults and one child for our daughter’s wedding. Arrived early for the appt and there are not chairs available for anyone to sit together, or for an adult to sit with the child. Then the bride was told she cannot get a gel manicure because they didn’t have time and she should have specified when she made the appt. They should have asked her if she wanted gel if this is the policy to know in advance. They were already behind for our appts. So what does 10-15 mins for gel matter?
