Staff is VERY rude and disrespectful. I do not know if Dr. Sonnenschine receives message or not from staff? My 82 year old mother went to Dr. Sonnenschine for blood tests. Outcome was not good. NO call back from doctor, though he assured me he would call with the test results. Requested four times for a call back, none received. I am surprised, because this doctor seemed compassionate and concerned. Never judge a book by its cover.
One of my favorite doctors I have met. Super friendly and very patient. Very kind both the doctor and secretary. I appreciate that they are always humble.
