I usually do my best to avoid mall kiosks, but I’m so glad my sister and I stopped for this gentleman! We were just Valentine's shopping and intended to grab a sample and run, but his personality totally won us over. He was incredibly funny, educational, and made us feel so comfortable. This place is a scam. They had their LED non surgical face lift facial on “special” for $60 they just leave you for like half an hour with a light mask and then put so many products on your face and they don’t wash them off. After that you have a consultation where they try to sell you their products for like $800 then they pressure you to buy them and give you “multiple discounts” to get you to buy the products. Excelente, atención personalizada, Camila y Elías, así como Jorge, sin dejar de mensionar a la señorita q nos aplicó el facial, muy buen trato, el lugar y la sala muy confortable, una experiencia inolvidable, y lo mejor, q pudimos adquirir y hacer una muy buena inversión para nuestro cuidado personal. Pésimo servicio, agende cita a las 12pm y luego me hablaron para moverme la hora a las 3pm porque ellos agendaron en ese mismo horario a otra “cliente recurrente” les dije que si yo había agendado en se horario era porque estaba disponible y era el que mejor se me acomodaba y ya ni siquiera me contestaron

If I could give 0 stars I would ! 😡😡 Today I was walking around for some shopping when I passed by this store and was precisely grabbed, I was trying to walk away but a guy worker named “Adiol” from their kept blocking me and preventing me from walking away , he was persistent and told me he would show me “free samples” I declined but he wouldn’t let me leave .
