Went in for my appointment, on time, door was shut and padlocked and I waited almost 20 mins. Nobody answered the phone, voicemail box full. It was with Groupon and the appointment was confirmed. Wasted my money.

We arrived here for an appointment and nobody was here. The door was padlocked and nobody answers the phone at the number listed online. With the sheer amount of places like this in the valley I'm not going to attempt to return to this one.

I had the best experience here. The customer service is amazing. It’s so nice to find a place that actually cares about their customers. I will def be back. I love it!

This salon is wonderful is every way! The staff are so great, they were kind and courteous and didn’t make me feel rushed but did the job quickly too!! The atmosphere here is so inviting and beautiful!! The waxing experience was comfortable and thorough! I’ve had some bad experiences with other salons and had stopped going for a long time. I was nervous about going again but I’m glad I did and can add this routine back into my life! Thank you Adore!! 💗❤️💗

From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave they are caring and attentive making you feel right at home and comfortable while having your services done. The professionals are trained and professional in services performed. No other Salon experience for me has ever been as positive as Adore Brazilian Wax and Skin.
