Adore Beauty but in brick and mortar form! Great to see an alternative to the big 2 that aren't as customer first. Expecting some big things to come out of Adore in near future

I had such a lovely experience at Adore Beauty Parramatta thanks to Marteena and Manvi. They were both incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely lovely to deal with. They took the time to help me find the right products and made me feel so welcome throughout my visit. My gift card took a little while to sort out, but they were so patient and reassuring the entire time, never making me feel rushed or like it was an inconvenience.
