Whoever is working in the store Thursday 13th august 2 girls that when I asked where a certain moisturiser was they said it sold out. No one was in the store and they offered no help to find a alternative. If you cant HELP a customer or ask questions you shouldn't be in retail. Standing behind a desk socialising isn't what you get paid for. Ill be shopping online from now on

Wouldn't buy anything from Adore beauty as long as i live, they incorrectly charged my paypal account, are unable to fullfil the item and refuse to refund the item

No service from the 3 sales assistants who enjoyed their conversation for the 10 mins I was in the shop. No offer of acknowledgement or help. Continued their conversation as if there were no customers in shop. Won't rush back.

Was looking for gifts for my daughter and was given exceptional advice and service from Luka at Adore at Kotara. In a world where customer service is a dying art, Adore and in particular dealing with Luka was a lovely experience, thank you.
