Mia at Broadway AMAZING best customer service EVER!! Treats me like a vip huge knowledge and goes above & beyond!! I literally look for her when going in. Staff are great & Mia gives the most amazing relaxing facials ever! & the fact u can then redeem on products x

Abby is EXCELLENT! I always enjoy shopping in Adore as the range is great and the staff are super sweet, though this was my first time being served by Abby. I was genuinely blown away by how deeply she knew her stuff. Her understanding of the brands carried by Adore was encyclopaedic, not to mention her incredibly extensive product knowledge — benefits, formulas, ingredients, she truly knows it all. I left feeling excited and confident in my purchase. Abby is truly an asset to Adore.
I was lucky enough to be served by Adam at Adore Broadway today. Although I already knew what I was after, Adam was incredibly friendly and professional when I approached the counter to pay. Unfortunately, great customer service can be hard to come by, so Adam absolutely deserves a shout-out. He is a real asset to your team. Thank you, Adam - you made my day! 😊
