Abby is EXCELLENT! I always enjoy shopping in Adore as the range is great and the staff are super sweet, though this was my first time being served by Abby. I was genuinely blown away by how deeply she knew her stuff. Her understanding of the brands carried by Adore was encyclopaedic, not to mention her incredibly extensive product knowledge — benefits, formulas, ingredients, she truly knows it all. I left feeling excited and confident in my purchase. Abby is truly an asset to Adore.
