My experience with this hospice provider regarding the interview for home care hospice for my wife was disgusting and dishonest. Calvin, the main POC, made a derogatory remark about my sales coordinator POC (named Jody) when I inquired about him, and insinuated that my home was not a safe place for my wife to be. His statement was based on a report by a “doctor” where the hospital my wife was discharged from that claimed my wife had made multiple “lucid” statements indicating she was being “abused”.
