We had an extremely disappointing experience with Adoration at the end of my dad's life and I highly recommend NOT using them. My dad deteriorated very quickly, and the first night his nurses called Adoration, the woman refused to come. She was far away and didn't want to - despite the fact that the nurses were unable to wake my dad and we thought it was the end. My dad's nurse eventually had to contact the head of the entire company before somebody showed up, hours later. My dad survived a few days after that and we did hav... read more
Adoration has been a great company to work for. They are all about their workers and patients. I would recommend this place for anyone needing hospice-we have loving and caring staff.
Adoration hospice in summit count Ohio , Is completely incompetent. My mom is at a assisted living home in Monroe Falls. Hospice did not communicate with our family at all… we had to contact them if we wanted any information. They also did not do what they said they would do. we requested that they take her out in a wheelchair they did it once over a month. The biggest issue was that even though she was on comfort care they continued to give her medication that should have been removed. Their nurses did not hear our concerns... read more
