I hate to do this but I am with a heavy heart they started out with a 5star review but at the end if I could give -110 I would believe me at the end of my sweet sweet friend's life they didn't care it didn't happen that way at first they really cared about her then at the end of her life multiple changes took place unable to keep continuity of care due to turn over of staff no longer would notify patients of the days they would be coming out & they where offered when asked for creditals it was like I broke the law or somethi... read more
We were very pleased with the care that my mother received from Adoration Hospice. After debilitating and intractable pain after a vertebral fracture, they provided her with pain relief and excellent care. From the moment they entered her home, it felt like an extension of our family. We had been encouraged to place her in a facility by her neurosurgeon, but her wish was to stay at home. Adoration Hospice made that possible. Stacia, Connie, and Gwen went above and beyond, but really everyone was excellent.
Loosing a loved one is very hard. Adoration home health and Hospice agency provided skilled compassionate staff who met my mom's every need beyond my expectations as her daughter and a retired nurse.
My mother was not in hospice for a long time , but we had a wonderful experience
The best staff ever! So thorough with details, explaining expectations, always available and most of all comforting to all during the most difficult times.
