After being told by Adoration that our Medicare Advantage would fully cover the cost of my wife's care and there would be "... no out of pocket." we elected to go with Adoration. Now, eight months after the last of their services, we have received a huge bill. A bill without details to boot. Upon receiving the bill I called their billing office last Friday morning. Adoration Hospice exceeded my expectations when caring for my mom! The thing that I loved about the experience was the family vibe and attentiveness to details…I hope they are around when my time comes, Adoration is my wish and recommendation! Keep up the good work!
My daughter and I cared for my husband for a little over 2 weeks while he was at home with "In Home Hospice". The three nurses who monitored everything were such a blessing. The lady who signed him up for it was so thorough and informative. She explained how Batman and Robin names would work with some of the medicines. Thank you so much.
My mom received hospice care for 5 months. The first two months were great with frequent communication from her nurse. Following that for the next three months, there were frequent staff turnovers 2 or 3 other nurses, 2 social workers, and seldom any communication with me. The chaplain remained the same and was a good communicator. During the week of her death, I expected more visits and help for us.
