(Update:) Soon after I left my original review, I sent 3 different emails to three different Adorama recipients, asking for clarification. I received their reply, they assured that it was their internal issue and not my problem. Great rental place anything you need name it they have it for you at the best prices and brand new equipment
EDIT/UPDATE: Got a personal call from Luis at ARC who apologized and gave me a thorough explanation of the changes they're making to make the rental experience better. I really appreciate his transparency and effort to make it right. Leaving the comment below for context but adjusting my star rating. OLD REVIEW: Last time renting from ARC. Horrendous customer service. Made me wait an hour and a half outside for my rental, offered no apology and told me to call the number on the door to ask for an extension. Never again.
