Like another reviewer a few months ago, We had a really great intake call with them and I felt really good when I got off the phone. They said we could get in right away to begin a home study. We fully completed their application within a day of the call in its entirety. Since then, nothing at all. I called twice and left messages and followed up by email as well. It has been about a year since we ended our family’s search to adopt a child (or children), and I debated whether writing this review would be helpful or harmful. This was the toughest decision to make but using adoption star has been so helpful and loving to me and my wifes personal experience my personal experience with my worker she was amazing held our hand through it all very supportive like she was our family. Anybody who needs to use a service like this i reccomend adoption star nobody does it better and nobody compares to the workers who work there. I have love for everybody at this company and you will to.

We had a really great intake call with adoption star. The conversation was lighthearted and educational and I felt really good when I got off the phone. Chris told me he would email me as soon as we got off the phone and the next day I still have not received his email. I called twice and left messages and my husband called once and left a message I even emailed to them once and I have not heard back from them since. From day 1, this agency neglected to even call us as scheduled for intake. We were blown off like we didn’t exist. Rude and inconsiderate of the agency. We would like a full explanation why this happened and delayed our journey.
