What can one say about Adoption Star that will actually carry the weight of what a life changing miracle it afforded me? Priceless, eternally grateful and indebted, won’t even cut it!! I noticed that somehow my review was removed from a couple few years ago so I guess I have to rewrite it. Basically this place is a scam. They take money from you, make you do these dumb classes, and then they tell you try again next time. Nothing was accomplished dealing with this agency. They didn't even attempt to do a home study. Apparently they didn't want a straight couple adopting children with how much they were pushing LGBTQ+ on us. Like another reviewer a few months ago, We had a really great intake call with them and I felt really good when I got off the phone. They said we could get in right away to begin a home study. We fully completed their application within a day of the call in its entirety. Since then, nothing at all. I called twice and left messages and followed up by email as well.
