Took my second cat to get neutered because it was cheaper than most places and obviously had nice reviews about it. Now after 3 days, wouldn’t recommend it for anyone. My cat appeared with one scratch the day after the surgery (less than 24hrs after that) and then he had several spots (hurting) itching on his back. Absolutely horrendous customer service. I booked a litter of 10 puppies to get all of their first shots at 6 weeks old. They had already pushed me back a week causing me to wait until they are 7 weeks old. They are now calling me barely 24hrs before my appointment stating that everything is canceled and I cant get another appointment for over 2 weeks knowing damn well that is way too out of date for their ages. Everyone on the staff are great, and the low cost exams and vaccines helped save a lot for our family.
I had my cat Simba, neutered here!! They did amazing with him! So kind and cost friendly! You can tell my boy was well taken care of!
Blue is very anxious, vocal, and borderline obnoxious. Jess at Adoption First Veterinary Clinic and her team took the BEST care of him! From checking in, to screening, to treatment, and check out. Blue and I received top notch service! I’m so pleased with the excellence in care. Dr. Dineen and her staff are phenomenal! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!
