I clean for this company. And the entire building is full of lovely, caring, and kind staff that go above and beyond. I also fostered through their system, they are extremely helpful and informative during the whole process. Our agent helped us every step of the way, and was there during all the ups and downs. They have become a part of our family!
If I could leave zero stars I would. I do NOT recommend adoption connect. They were left to supervise my daughter visits and gave me the hardest time. They say they do what’s best for the child but do not. They do what’s convenient for them. They tried to force me to be there at 4:45 when I work in ellwood and live in Rochester and don’t get off till 4. When I was late , I had told her I couldn’t get there by 4:45 but closer to 5.
