This is an overall terrible company!! They send out third party people to fix your windows and they don’t do a good job, it’s not even mediocre. It’s just poor work! Titus, the owner of Adonis is also a liar and his regional person. Jesse is also a liar. They use a third-party company called Done Right glass services. The owner of Done Right glass services is also a lair and became angry when I asked if he was an expert glass person how did he not see the poor workmanship. I had an excellent experience they came out and replaced my glass without any hassle. They were on time, very informative and took great care of my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this company!
I needed a few window services and called to set up an estimate and appointment. Great customer service on the phone! Services were not only at a great price, but the team was on time, professional, and did a great job! Very happy with my window installation and auto windshield repair! Thank you again!
Honestly, great company! Dealt with Jesse..! Very nice and professional and the price was very fair. I called several different companies and Adonis gave me by far the best price. They got the job done quickly and came out same-day. Very happy with Adonis Glass. Highly recommend!
DO NOT use this company unless you enjoy being ignored, lied to, and left with an unfinished job. This has been the WORST experience. They replaced my glass, took their payment, and completely stopped caring about the calibration they promised would be done in a few days. Now, I can’t get anyone to call me back no matter how many times I reach out. When I finally got ahold of Ty, all he did was blame my insurance, saying no one wants to work with my insurance company?
