They don’t want to work. They used to be good but, now they have an overload of work and will tell you the system is “down” to avoid work load. Elizabeth used to be great but she seems overworked, tired, and no longer happy. Best of luck to you guys. Don’t bother complaining to the manager, he is worse than the staff. If you notice how they reply to the reviews, you will see the pattern.
I have been dealing with Tim ( thanks for your service Tim) for over 20 years, never ever have had any issues, they always tried to find the best option for my insurance needs, when I ran into an accident in 2017 , they were extremely helpful, with my difficult situation, I always to the office to notarize documents, and other things, if they can’t help you fix a mess you got yourself into, let me tell you something, nobody can, I surely appreciate their business, with them you’ve no reason to drive uninsured..
