Worst place, they ruined my eyebrows , when asked about it. She pretended to not know what happened - saying I did not see that it got ruined. I did my threading Aug 7- around 6.30 pm
The staff is nice ladies, but one lady didn’t wash her hands before starting an eyebrow service for me, it’s was kind of gross but she did a good job on my brows, but please take sanitization more seriously.
I went on Wednesday afternoon for facial wax. Not only was she rough, she ripped my skin near the corner of my mouth. Ive been using healing medicated cream to heal this eyesore for my wedding here iMexico, but it's not happening. Every picture shows this women's carelessness and lack of professionalism. I would strongly encourage you to go elsewhere. I'm embarrassed of all my wedding trip pictures. Wish they allowed uploaded pics - shame on you lady and you knew too. Love okay how she’s done by eyebrows has made em love more I will keep coming back only to her. I don’t like how the Indian lady was trying to take my buisness away from her I came in one day specifically for her said she was there and then changed her story when I asked I wanted eyebrows done by her. And told me to come Sunday only thing I didn’t appreciate it. Otherwise these stars are for okay
I got my ears pierced here when they had their opening sale. It has been awful ever since. I tried to see the positives yet it has caused me pain and money. When piercing, the lady didnt line them up properly and ended up piercing them extremely uneven. They are so uneven!!! I left it for weeks, cleaning it and it still pained me so much so I ended up going to a tattoo/piercing place that fitted me with longer bars on the piercing so that it could heal as it became infected due to too small of jewelry.
