The job came out well but I feel like my baby girl was left under the dryer to long. When I asked she said 10 more minutes until the timer stops but the timer had 25 minutes left. It was a bit to hot for her. When I expressed concern she seem agitated and as if she was trying to just take a break. My daughter also cried during expressing the blow dryer was also hot and touched her head. The final product looked good but I would prefer my baby girl have a better experience.
Messed up my sisters hair cut, no refund no nothing
My experience was ok and the natural roller set blow out lasted for a day and a half honestly and I didn’t put anything in it or do anything extra outside of wrapping it immediately. I was the only client so it was not rushed and I was there from 1130a-2p but I feel like the ends of my hair should’ve been bumped with the flat iron a little more.
