We had a new unit installed. The service was excellent and the personnel was very prompt and polite. I would high recommended Adonai Heating and AC Service. Will use them again in the future if needed.
I tried making an appoinment with Adonai Air, Tabi would ask a few questions and then leave me hanging. I had to call Franklin air eventually. LEARN HOW TO SET AN APPOINMENT. Who knows maybe their service and price would have been great, but when it takes you 4 days to set an appointment, doesn't get me too excited to see what the service will be like.
Adonai was recommended by our daughter when our home A/C unit went out. We gave them a call and received prompt service. Once they checked out the A/C and got the estimate ready, Kris took the time to explain our different options including warranty and pricing for each option. Each option was reasonably priced. We made the choice that was right for our situation, and they put us on their schedule. The installation was quick and professional. We are very pleased with everything.
