Once they checked out the A/C and got the estimate ready, Kris took the time to explain our different options including warranty and pricing for each option. Each option was reasonably priced. We made the choice that was right for our situation, and they put us on their schedule. The installation was quick and professional. We are very pleased with everything.

Their service Jack, came out and fixed my mini-split in about 45 minutes. He was very professional and communicated what the problem was and the steps that he took to fix it. Very impressed!
