I spoke with one of their realtors, Gerald Gorbet, about a property I was interested in. He mentioned something about a contract when I spoke with him on the phone. He told me there was some lawsuit in the past month, and now this contract needed to be signed prior to showing the property. He never sent the contract prior to the showing. When I showed up he had two printed copies of the contract with him. He told me he was having computer issues so he hadn't been able to send me a copy. Thank you, Leeann. I was actually going to use them next week. On a house I was going to sell and I always read reviews on anybody before I deal with them. I do not want to have somebody with those types of qualities? I'm surprised she still works there. Shame on that company.
We had an extremely disappointing experience with Barb E Hanson. Not only did Barb fail to complete the necessary paperwork correctly, but her negligence cost us thousands of dollars Throughtout the process, Barbara was unresponsive and failed to provide clear communication or guidance.
