Adolfo has been very responsive. He has reviewed the project and is taking steps to complete prior to winter.
Used Ozaeta construction to rehabilitate loan refinance my home. Not satisfied with all work done and mess left behind and damage caused by negligence. Went ahead and signed final paperwork for him to be paid as he promised to fix the few issues that needed resolved but got handed a can of putty and some paint and after asking him to honor his word the things never happened. I am sad to say that I did think him honest but I do not anymore
