complaint answear we perform front and rear brakes on her vehicle, autopars had made a mistake on rear brakes, they send carbon metallic and vehicle requires carbon ceramix. problem was fix right away no questions ask. we did not make the mistake autoparts did. we took care of issue right away we did not wait. we also adjusted emergency brake for customer which was not part of brake job. Adolfo Autocare.
They didn't fix anything. They were supposed to do a complete break job, and they ended up putting in the wrong break pads, and the back breaks didn't work at all. They basically put me and my daughter's life in danger. Thats unacceptable. I'm never going there EVER again!
