I have a lot of respect for ASAP and the important work they do to help teens and their families navigate issues related to substance abuse. The program is structured, supportive, and focused on real accountability and lasting change. The pizza parties are a plus too. :) Dr. Walling is highly respected and has been working with adolescents for decades. His team genuinely cares about the kids they work with, and it shows. I would absolutely recommend ASAP to families looking for help with adolescent substance use.

I was fortunate enough to train for my internship at ASAP. The staff, the program, and the leadership are all incredible! This is a top-notch treatment program, and I would absolutely send a teen loved one for substance use counseling.
The care, support, and resources provided by the ASAP staff to both my child and our family was exceptional. Expectations for the program were clear, meetings were beneficial, and while a humbling experience, it is one we could not have gone without. Previous programs that we tried did not provide anywhere near the level of support ASAP did. The ASAP program was absolutely life changing for us, my husband and I thought it was so beneficial. It helped us get through a really tough time and gave us tools to better navigate a situation we never dreamed we would be in. Our daughter came out of a 30 day residential treatment program into ASAP, it was exactly the accountability she needed to stay the course to becoming clean and staying clean.
