I took my 15 year old daughter here as her primary care. I was worried about her becoming pregnant so I took her to her doctor to talk about birth control. Do not go here even if your child has a legitimate issue because they do not provide proper/ comprehensive care. Adolescent Medicine misdiagnosed my child with a mental health condition in a manner inconsistent with the DSM-5 and would not change it even with a legitimate medical diagnosis from lab and procedure reports from multiple other providers and facilities. If you're looking for a provider who will actually see your child/teen. Look elsewhere. I have called twice in the last year to schedule a well check for my daughters and have been told there are no appointments. One of my daughters needs blood work and the representative, Clay expected me to be okay with " unfortunately we don't have any appointments." Impossible to reach anyone at Children’s Hospital by phone. You are not able to call in and speak to a nurse, doctor or schedule an appointment. You will spend hours on hold only to be disconnected to then call back and go through the same cycle of hold and then being disconnected.
I would not recommend this location due to unprofessional employees at front desk, as well as rude nurses, they didn’t provide me with correct information involving my questions and concerns.
