Bright and Christy and Erica are the best of the best. Trustworthy and helpful.
Wasn’t able to schedule a new patient appointment unless I stated what the diagnosis is so that the doctor can determine whether he will take the case. I have been doing this for 18 years and this is a first.
Had a handful of very productive sessions here. My counselor quit or was fired. Was told that I would receive a call about continuing counseling with someone else at this practice. Never heard back. I've called a few times and left messages with reception, hoping to get a call back, and I have not. I really feel like they hung us out to dry. Frustrating. Guess I'll have to start over somewhere else.
