I too am in agreement. If there were a minus two, I would easily give them that score. It is unfortunate that management does not provide accurate training to their staff. Seriously, the agents have no idea what they are doing and consistently give out inaccurate information. In addition, management obviously does not provide any customer servicing training as the staff is rude and will not stop talking long enough to even listen to what your request is.
