Worst customer service experience. When you call, the phone tree does not provide an immediate option to connect with a live representative. I've been trying to address a claims issue with ADOC for about a month with zero resolution and zero help. ADOC refuses to coordinate with insurance companies and passes the buck to the insurance company and/or the patient. ADOC does the minimum for patients and is not a good medical group that will have your back. There are far better medical groups that truly care about patients.
