Was looking for a place near the hotel and came across Adobo. Being a New Mexican was surprised to see all the NM stuff in the restaurant. Very cool atmosphere. Tacos were good. Only downside they were out of mezcal when I went in but overall would definitely visit again.

The pancit was so salty and barely had any vegetables in it. Whatever vegetables were in the pancit, it looked like it came straight out of a frozen pack from the supermarket and not freshly cut. I would compare the pancit to instant noodle pancit canton, cheap tasting with simple seasoning. Even the lumpia tasted like it was reheated from frozen. I'm only giving two stars because my tacos coincidentally happened to taste good. Otherwise, their whole filipino menu needs a major overhaul, especially the pork belly/lechon kawali. It was a terrible respresentation of how delicious filipino food could truly be. I might dare to say its even disrespectful to characterize filipino cuisine as solely pork belly, as it is the main ingredient that ties their "fusion" plates to filipino cuisine.
