Had Adobo Food Truck cater our wedding and haven’t stopped receiving compliments about the food! The staff were so accommodating and worked quickly and the food was amazing! We had a fully vegetarian buffet service and the extensive menu made it so easy to have many delicious options! Owner was super easy to work with and made sure everything was in order.
Adobo Food Truck served guests at our business event, and the food was a huge hit with our guests. The carnitas and pork belly tacos were absolutely incredible and genuinely some of the best we have ever had. Everything was flavorful, well portioned and perfect for a summer day. We received many positive comments from our guests and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for outstanding tacos and delicious food for an event.
