A Fantastic Place to Live – My wife and I have lived in Adobe Wells for five years and have loved every minute of it. The location is great with easy access to highways 237 and 101, one block away from the light rail station, close to good shopping at Rivermark Plaza and nice walks at Ulistac Natural Area on Lick Mill Road and Baylands Park. Nicer of the three parks at Lawrence and Tasman – I have lived at Adobe Wells for over 10 years now. The park is well-maintained and the administrators are very nice. The ownership has strict, sometimes suffocating "rules" about every thing from landscaping, to what condition your car has to be in. Some of the nit-picky rules can be annoying.
