My cousin had a rat problem, as well. Her shed was a habitat for the rats, so I took it down. Norm told us we had to have one, said he doesn't care that my cousin had rats, and actually said he "loves rats." My cousin has owned here over 20 years, this is the first time anyone at Adobe Wells has been rude. We are wondering, does Norm drink on the job? Does he have personal problems? Doesn't he have a boss and aren't they appalled as we are?
The management company has no interest in providing a positive resident experience. They are too focused on having control and running what most of the time feels like a prison yard. I have had multiple interactions with the manager, Norm, who lacks the basic skills in customer service. He also does not seem to have problem-solving skills or more likely, does not care to solve problems that residents bring to his attention. Bad Management Tow guests and residence vehicles for the kick back from the towing company.
We moved here in Jan 2018 and love this place.
We've been living here for a month now and I love the community. The neighbors have been extremely friendly and it is so quiet. We've been to the pool several times and it's warm and clean. I definitely see us here for a while.

I lived here for several years must say I was very happy when I was finally able to move. When I lived here they had a terrible rat problem. My cat killed two rats that had made their way into my home, I found dead ones in the yard which I called to management's attention, you could hear them on the roof of the home at night it was awful!!! I also thought the restrictions were way to strong and the expectations of management were out of line.
